Can I switch plans later?
You can request a plan change through the billing portal. Before confirmation, the portal shows when the change takes effect and any charge or credit that applies.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Downgrading does not automatically delete your account. If you exceed the new plan limits, SubWard will show which records become read-only, need archiving, or require action.
Is my payment info secure?
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We never store card details.
Do you offer refunds?
Mandatory withdrawal and refund rights depend on your location and remain unaffected. Any additional refund policy is shown at checkout and in our Terms.
What does client encryption cover?
On enabled paid profiles, supported fields such as subscription names and notes are encrypted by the client. Imports, pending review, reminders, categories, billing fields, and operational metadata are not covered.
